Thank you for shopping at Sci Fi Retro Escapes. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Digital Downloads
All digital file sales are final. Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a download link has been accessed.
If you experience a technical issue with your file (e.g., corrupted or incomplete download), please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resend the file at no charge.
Printed Posters (Physical Products)
All printed posters are made to order and produced on demand. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or colour selected at checkout
- Minor print placement variations within industry-standard tolerances
Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
We will arrange a free reprint or refund at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue.
Incorrect delivery address: If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For major failures, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
